Disney's A Christmas Carol Train Tour

I've always loved Charles Dicken's classic story of Scrooge's redemption. It is a dark story of life, death, and all of the suffering in between that shows that even the worst of us are never beyond saving. That's why I was a little concerned when I first heard that Disney was creating an animated version of the classic. My curiosity and my love of trains is what drove me to make the four hour journey to get a look at the upcoming film. I was impressed with the "digital storyboards" that reminded me of the photos and newspapers from the Harry Potter films. They were incredibly detailed and beautiful. I also got to see two scenes from the film and was relieved to see that Disney seems to be sticking to the book's basic story.
